In most ways, the WF-7620 is the same printer like the Epson WorkForce WF-7610 ($659.06 at Amazon.com), besides enhancing the second paper cabinet. It offers the same set of MFP features, and it handles the exact paper dimensions, up to tabloid (11 by 17 inches) and a bit bigger.

The second tray makes all the distinction, however. Because it allows you to load both letters- and tabloid-size paper simultaneously, it is better in shape as a solitary printer for all your printing and a far better choice for most workplaces.

For scanning, the WF-7620 offers a flatbed supplemented by a 35-sheet automated document feeder (ADF). Both are large enough for tabloid and A3-size paper. Also better, the ADF can duplex by scanning one side of a web page and turning it over to watch the various other sides. The duplex scanning and duplex printing mix allow you to copy both single- and double-sided originals to single- or double-sided duplicates.
