Samsung released a smartphone that targets young people (Gen Z) some time ago. The device known as the Samsung Galaxy A11 offers a variety of advantages.
Samsung Galaxy A11 Review
A smartphone designed to be a loyal friend of Gen Z in carrying out its digital activities is also equipped with various essential features to stay connected. Starting from the speeding Snapdragon 450 processor, the large 6.4-inch Infinity-O display.
Luckily, Selular.ID had the opportunity to try the Samsung Galaxy A11. Curious?
Let’s look at the following review of the Samsung Galaxy A11.
Sales Package
In terms of packaging offered, the Samsung Galaxy A11 looks simple. Apart from smartphones, one sales package packs a charger with a USB Type-C cable and a brief user manual, without a jelly case and earphones.
Design
The Samsung Galaxy A11 comes in two color choices, black and white. Cellular.ID had the opportunity to try out the white unit. The device adopts a glossy finish with a slight holographic luster adding to the stylish impression. Physically, the A11 has curved sides made of Polycarbonate.
The rear body looks simple without any additional ornaments. There is only a vertical triple camera configuration along with an LED Flashlight and also a fingerprint scanner.
The power button and volume control inhabit the right-wing. Meanwhile, there is only a SIM Tray on the left-wing. Coupled with a 3.5mm audio jack on top and a USB Type-C port, speakers, and microphone on the bottom side.
Screen
Samsung only provides the A11 with a 6.4-inch HD + TFT PLS panel with 720 × 1560 pixels. Through the Infinity-O screen, the A11 houses an 8 Megapixel front camera lens in the form of a hole on the screen. However, unfortunately, there is no special protection that the A11 brings, but you have to buy it separately, such as additional scratch resistance.
Camera
To support the photography experience, the A11 has three lenses on the back. The vertically arranged camera consists of a 13-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Combining these lenses can produce bokeh photos, wider ‘wefie’ portraits, to a pro mode that can be adjusted by yourself. Meanwhile, the A11 carries an 8-megapixel lens for selfie needs, acting as a Face ID security system.
Performance
The Samsung Galaxy A11 relies on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, which is quite popular in the entry-level class. The chipset packs an octa-core Cortex A53 CPU that clocks in at 1.8 GHz with an Adreno 506 GPU.
Its performance is also supported by 3GB RAM capacity with 32GB storage, which can be added up to 512GB with external memory. Regarding endurance, the A11 doesn’t consume a lot of power. Samsung has equipped it with a sizeable 4000mAh battery, which supports 15W fast charging.
One UI 2.0
At an affordable price, the A11 runs Android 10 wrapped in the One UI 2.0 interface. The Samsung software comes with colorful and simple icons typical of Samsung. There are also contemporary features, such as Dark Mode, which saves more smartphone power.
Conclusion
Samsung Galaxy A11 is suitable as a daily driver for you. This entry-level device is sufficient to support daily activities, such as chatting to just sharing photos or videos with friends. The design, which is far from the entry-level impression, is also very supportive of taking anywhere without feeling inferior.
